   • Acted as tech driver on Monetization: project management, delivery and technical direction; primary front-end liaison for product and design.
   • Shipped those Monetization surfaces as microfrontends, so the team could own and release independently while sharing design-system components.
   • Ran A/B tests on onboarding, paid features and upsells across multiple markets.
   • Built Calendar Requests: 25% of modal opens click through to the page (1,222 / 4,915) and 18% of page visits become an MQL (849 / 4,845).
   • Built internal AI workflows I introduced myself: MCP servers, RAG over internal docs, and multi-agent setups.
