Patient booking marketplace

Docplanner’s patient marketplace is a high-traffic, multi-market product where drop-off is expensive. I owned booking-funnel UI end to end: search, discovery, paid features, and re-booking.

The work mixed product and front-end architecture — Vue 2 to Vue 3 on core flows, GraphQL/REST contracts with .NET, and experiments with growth on pages that had to stay fast.

Core Web Vitals and conversion were the same problem: a slower page is a lost booking. The Vue 3 pass cut bundle size and improved time-to-interactive on the flows that mattered most.
