Docplanner

Tech driver on Docplanner Monetization, on the patient marketplace and clinic SaaS: a product-led engine (self-serve, in-product upgrade and upsell) next to the existing sales motion. Features I built, shipped as microfrontends. Selected work below.

Referral program and landing page. Built the doctor-to-doctor referral experience end to end: public landing, personalised share links, invite tracking and reward states. Defined attribution events with data and growth, localised the page for several markets, and ran copy and CTA experiments.

Calendar Requests. Hybrid “raise a hand” flow: 25% of modal opens click through to the page (1,222 / 4,915) and 18% of page visits become an MQL (849 / 4,845).

Self-serve onboarding for doctors and clinics. Rebuilt post-registration onboarding as a multi-step flow with progress persistence, inline validation, resumable state and an activation checklist toward the first published profile and first booking. Instrumented every step to expose drop-off.

SSO registration and login. Implemented single sign-on across marketplace and SaaS entry points: provider flows, account linking for existing email accounts, duplicate-identity edge cases, consent and GDPR, and shared session behaviour between products.

Address monetization. Paid slots for extra practice locations, the add-address flow, pricing and entitlement per address, and in-product upsells. Coordinated with billing so plan limits, proration and downgrades stayed consistent across markets.

Paid features, upsells and checkout. Plan comparison, paywalls, upgrade prompts and purchase flows — the in-product expansion side of PLG, with billing and back-end on pricing and entitlements.

Microfrontends. Shipped those Monetization surfaces as independently releasable remotes, sharing design-system components and tooling.

AI workflows I introduced. Multi-agent setups, internal MCP servers, and RAG over internal docs.
